About

Cairo turns its face to the Nile along the corniche, and the easiest way to understand the city's shape is an hour on the water. Feluccas leave from the Garden City and Zamalek moorings; the sail is slow, quiet and almost entirely out of the traffic that defines everything else about getting around Cairo.
