Scope
These terms apply to tour and transfer inquiries and bookings made through Helios Travels (website, email, or WhatsApp).
Bookings & confirmations
A booking is confirmed once we agree dates, participants, pickup details, and price in writing. Availability is subject to guide and vehicle capacity.
Prices & payment
Quoted prices are in the currency shown at booking unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms (cash on pickup, deposit, etc.) are confirmed per booking.
Changes & cancellation
For trips in Egypt you pay 50% of the price as a deposit when you book and the other 50% on site; trips in other countries are paid in full when you book. Cancel at least 5 days before the activity and your deposit is refunded in full; cancel at least 48 hours before and half of your deposit is refunded. Within 48 hours the deposit is not refunded, but you can move the booking once, free of charge, to another date within 6 months and keep your deposit towards it. Outside Egypt the same refund rules apply to the full amount paid. For trips with flights or hotel nights, the deposit covers those bookings; if an airline or hotel charges to change them, that charge is passed on. Hotels and flights booked on your behalf are refunded under that company's own terms.
Participation & liability
Guests must follow guide instructions and disclose health or mobility needs in advance. Helios Travels is not liable for events outside reasonable control (e.g. weather, closures).
