Yes — pickup from your hotel and the ride back are both in the price. We collect from hotels in Hurghada, El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay, Soma Bay and Safaga. Give us your hotel when you book and we confirm the exact pickup time; you are dropped back at the same door the same day.

Yes. Under 6s travel free, 6–11 year olds pay half the adult price and 12 and over pay the full fare. Be honest with yourself about the length of it, though: 14 hours in one day is a lot for a small child, and there is no short version. Families with under-sixes are usually happier on a half-day trip.
