Scope
These terms apply to tour and transfer inquiries and bookings made through Helios Travels (website, email, or WhatsApp).
Bookings & confirmations
A booking is confirmed once we agree dates, participants, pickup details, and price in writing. Availability is subject to guide and vehicle capacity.
Prices & payment
Quoted prices are in the currency shown at booking unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms (cash on pickup, deposit, etc.) are confirmed per booking.
Changes & cancellation
Free changes or cancellation may be available up to 24 hours before the activity where stated on the tour page. Late changes may incur costs from partners already engaged.
Participation & liability
Guests must follow guide instructions and disclose health or mobility needs in advance. Helios Travels is not liable for events outside reasonable control (e.g. weather, closures).
Updates
We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision.
